To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information
• Maintaining the security of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Permitted Uses

You may use TaskAgentHub.ai to:

• Activate and configure prebuilt AI agents for business automation
• Manage and monitor your automation workflows
• Integrate with supported third-party services (including Shopify and other eCommerce platforms)
• Request custom AI agent development services
• Access analytics and reporting features

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal activities or to violate any laws
• Engage in spamming, phishing, or other abusive communication practices
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to compete with or harm our business
• Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

Subscription Plans

TaskAgentHub.ai offers monthly and yearly subscription plans (Starter, Growth, and Advanced). All subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms.

Free Trial Policy

We offer a free trial period for new customers. You will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged according to your selected plan unless you cancel before the trial period expires.

Auto-Renewal

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Service within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund.

Custom Development Services

Customers may request custom AI task agents by paying a one-time setup fee plus a recurring subscription fee. Custom development pricing and timelines will be provided in a separate proposal.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All custom AI agents developed by TaskAgentHub remain the intellectual property of TaskAgentHub, Inc. Customers receive usage rights and licenses to use the custom agents as part of their subscription, but do not own the underlying technology, code, or intellectual property.

Usage Rights

Custom agents are licensed exclusively to the requesting customer for their internal business use. Customers may not resell, redistribute, or share access to custom agents with third parties without our written consent.

Our Property

The Service, including all software, algorithms, designs, text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and other content ("TaskAgentHub Content"), is owned by TaskAgentHub, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Data

You retain all rights to the data you input into our Service ("Customer Data"). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

License to Use

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription period.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

Data Storage and Processing

We store system logs, usage metrics, and performance data to improve our Service. We also facilitate integrations with third-party services such as Shopify, which may involve data sharing as necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your payment fails or your account becomes delinquent
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• You abuse or misuse the Service in ways that harm other users or our business
• We discontinue the Service (with 30 days' notice)

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease immediately. We may delete your account and Customer Data after a reasonable period, but we are not obligated to do so.

Service Provided "As Is"

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or issues arising from third-party integrations or services beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TASKAGANTHUB, INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
